Those look awesome Pam! I think we will definitely need some hands on instruction on making those at the Fall Gathering.  ;)

Stretch bacon around tater tots and toothpick. Sauces, bbq, ketchup and Ranch dip.  Pam   .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

They look really complicated to make. Thanks for breaking down the recipe Pam :P

Great idea!

At what temp do you cook them and for how long?  What cooking unit/pit/oven/etc did you use?

You can cook them on anything, I made some on indirect Weber, SRG and BEESR, let  potatoes thaw a bit so potatoes cook good, and cook till bacon is how you like it. This is a copycat recipe but it works.  Sausage gravy works well here too, just dip'em and throw down your throat.  Pam  .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

We made some of these the other day. They did not survive long enough for a picture.

Oh yeah. And then dunk them in beef gravy 8)

Or sausage gravy.  Those look good Pam.

Just pour the gravy right on top of Mount Tater and watch it ooze down
