On Sunday for my Birthday i made Mititei (Romanian sausages )   
It is ok with my diet .
Mititei with sweet potato's ,  stuffed squash .courgette and mustard .

 It does look good, I've seen someone making Romanian sausage on tv, any recipe you'd care to share ?

yes .
i use beef for 1 kg (2lb)
i mix in salt, b pepper, 6 cloves garlic(fresh minced )
1/2 tsp baking
1 tsp summer savory
mix the meat with the spices and with 1/2 a glass of soda water  (clab soda )
let it stand in the fridge for 5 hours .
shape and grill on a hot grill .
enjoy .

Ahron - would you mind copying this recipe in the Charcuterie section, where the other sausage recipes are as well? That way we can find it without it being lost among so many other posts in this section.
