Title: Eastern kebab

eastern kebab
I made some kabab last week it came out great .
2 lb beef meat 70/30
1/2 grated onion
2 tsp Crushed chilli
2 tsp cumin
salt
b pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup soda
mix well and leave it in the fridge over night .
now mix in 1 cup of chopped fresh coriander .
put it on a metal skewer ,
grill .

Looks great Ahron.  I don't have any flat skewers like yours.  I'll have to look for some.  In the mean time, I'll have to make smaller kebabs.  It does look easy to make.

Nice cook Ahron, Love the looks of the kabobs!!! First class sides and plating too!!! Like art I have to get some of the flat skewers to try these. I am having kabobs today but with chicken, would rather have some of yours! Don

I'm also thinking how good this would taste using a mixture of seasoning for bratwurst.  8)
