I was in the whole Wallet store minding my own business getting full on their samples then I saw these:

Meanwhile Big worm got some experimental ribs going.
These were marinated in orange and pineapple juice, anise seeds and other herbs. No wood added to the fire. I'll mop the ribs with the marinade throughout the cook.

Experimental glaze, equal parts rice vinegar, turbinado sugar and orange juice. A little Sriracha for a tingle.

I can drink other beers and no problems. Heineken not so much. And trust me I have tried ;)

Killer looing Short ribs. I've given up on beef ribs and will now stick with the short ribs, bone in and w/o. Was that a slaw side?

I made 2 kinds of slaws. One regular and another vinegar based.
