Title: Beer Brats
Post by: Wing Commander on July 05, 2012, 03:30:31 PM: Today I put some brats on the smoker: Salsiccia, Thuringer Bratwurst and Merguez. I seared them in a cast iron skillet, added some onions and filled up with beer. After simmering over indirect heat for some time I seared the brats over direct heat and served it with the onions and the beer sauce on shortly seared tortillas.
