Title: Whew, Eight Butts is a Lot of Work!

Got eight butts on this morning on two cookers!
Drove to the tailgate area this morning early & got everything going by myself.
I have new admiration for those who cater or cook for a living!
This hobby can become WORK :o

Yeah, but when it is all said and done and everything came out nice,you will have a nice satisfied feeling of a job well done!!
