Split some chickens and buttered em under and on top of the skin.
Rubbed Tatonka Dust under the skin and had enough left over for the top and underside!!
A little peach wood for smoke. All vents wide open..skin side down and let er rip!!

Look at the color on those bad boys!! I wish I had some left over to try on steak and burgers!! This dust is looking like an all-purpose mixture to me!!!!
