Title: Chicken Breast SV

three weeks ago i sous vide 6 chicken Breast at 149f for 4 hours (i went shopping ) .
pulled them out and two by two to the freezer they went . ( i kept  the juice )
today got out two of them for supper
i fried some onion and warmed up the chicken
