Title: MES Brisket
Post by: nepas on March 24, 2015, 10:37:13 AM: I still cant eat for another week. I thought this brisket was going to GA on Friday with my wife to our daughters but thats not happening now. Gotta get it going now anyways. Rubbed and ready to wrap in the fridge over night.
