Well, not much meat on em, but what meat is on em are darn rootin tootin tasty :P :P
One rack seasoned with Texas Thunder and the other with Secret Seasoning

I didn't wrap em in foil like I normally do. I added a deep pan with hot water in it under the ribs and they were extremely tender with no Texas Crutch. 6 hour cook time total with live oak splits for heat and smoke

Wendy fried up zucchini in bacon grease (I bet if all veggies were fried in bacon grease, more kids would eat their veggies) ;) ;)
