Hey all, new member to the forum. I've owned an Anova for about 2 months now and love it. I was wondering how well it would work to cook the wings in a water bath for an hour or so and then crisp them up in my Charbroil SRG? I was thinking they'd end up being a little juicier and more tender. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with this. If not, looks like I'll experiment.
Thanks!

Haven't tried it, but it sounds like an interesting idea... look forward to hearing how it goes.

My guess would be very good.

Someone on here made Sous Vide wings. It might have been Bigg or High on Smoke.
I remember they turned out awesome!

Pics will have to wait (3 beers into the evening and don't have the ambition to upload anything from my phone), the wings turned out pretty well. 2 hours at 150 degrees in the bath, then transferred to SRG with lid down on high for maybe 15 minutes to crisp. I would say they turned out more moist than just doing them in the SRG the entire time, and required quite a bit less babysitting.

Thanks,I will try it! ;)
