Rubbed down with JH Pecan the night before.

Then wrapped and in the fridge.

Yesterday morning got the WSJRMOD all fired up and butt in.

Couple hours later and some pecan smoke.

I got the JR pushed to 275* little after this pic was taken.

Butt IT was at 190 so i took a sample from the corner....Yumm. Time was 11:30pm

Bone pull was clean.

Yeah...that color - and the shiny glazed look of the finish on the bark. THAT is a picture! And I am thinking the "thousand words are: yum, yum, yum, ad infinitum.... :D :D :D
