One of my mates from our basketball supporters group wanted me to make some BBQ for her party for some of our friends, and of course I did. So I took my Weber kettle and WSM and travelled to her.
We started with some fingerfood (meatballs, pork burnt ends, quesadillas and brats, arugula, pineapple and honey mustard sauce wrapped in tortillas). Main course were planked salmon and trisket. We finished with a hazelnut-strudel as dessert.

That's puff pastry, thinly spread with chocolate sauce and sprinkled with chopped hazelnuts. At the long end of the puff pastry you place chocolate bars and then roll up the dough.
