While I am doing a burn study on the Pit Barrel Cooker, a Man still has to eat!!
So I plugged in the Electric Smoker and tossed in some Pork Steaks (the last time I did em I reversed seared them and they were a tab bit overdone) so this time only in the smoker.
Got the Tex set at 225 and using a hunk of Hickory-Black Cherry-Apple

Just bought one of those.....my first. Gonna rub it with something and cook it hot and fast like a steak.

Pork steaks are great grilled and/or smoked and make awesome tasso.
