Our daughter is finally getting married on the 4th in ATL. All she wanted was a brisket. Easy. Now if the weather holds so i can Akorn this.

After the rub, my wife took this backwards pic...Yikes...She fired.

Going to give the brisky another shaking of the rub later today.

TYAVM

I got 3 married and one to go but i dont expect him to get hitched anytime soon, he could still be looking at another deployment or 2.

There was a poker walk in the resort yesterday, when folks asked what i was making they were like BRISKET? You make brisket. Ummm yeah i have been known to burn a few.   :D :D :D

Get with the wrap for a couple hours. She wanted burnt ends and bottom, Well she got em.

Tad to dry and pully for me but its what she wants.

Sliced and ready for freezing and the trip to ATL. My wife likes it also.

Nice looking brisket and if's too dry that's what good sauce is for.
