This was last night's dinner. Fabulous! The recipe came from J. Kenji Lopez-Alt at Serious Eats. He is the man!

It was plated with a country-style bread stuffing and mixed sauteed veggies. A very nice full flavored meal that was very easy to prepare!

Gene,that looks amazing! How long did you SV the chicken and what texture did you make it per the link you included.this is a must do,I need some new chicken ideas badly.

Hey Carl! I sv'ed for 2 hours @165F, dried off and saved liquids, seared in a very hot pan with a Tblspn of lard.
