Title: CookAir -take 2
Post by: GusRobin on June 26, 2016, 01:34:00 AM
My first cook went well, but after I was done the fan control kept shutting off. So I took it back and got another one.
Today I did the first cook on the new one. I cooked some sausage for sausage and pepper sandwiches.

The fire started quickly and putting it on 5, got to about 985 degrees. Put the diffuser plate and grill on and let it burn for a while before putting the meat on.
The sausage cooked at the high temp and seared but didn't burn. After the grill cooled it was an easy clean-up.

Sorry no pictures but it looked like it was starting to rain so I was hurrying to get done.

I like this grill and its a keeper.

Likewise.  I have saved the box, just in case.
