Title: These ribs were just peachy
Post by: muralboy on June 28, 2016, 10:08:59 AM
Smoke a rack of pork ribs over the weekend while smoking the chuck roast burnt ends.  Pulled them from the smoker, wrapped in foil and let them cool down a little before putting them in the fridge.

Last night pulled the package out and put in the preheated gas grill (in the foil) with indirect heat for about 30 min.  Normally I use a typical BBQ sauce but this time I finished off with a peach preserve sauce.  Had almost a chutney kind of flavor.  Nice change of pace from the same old...
