How many sizes do they have. Saw one at wal mart for $150 is that a good price.

The 18 usually goes for $299; the 22 for $399. So it is probably the 14" that is for $150. Just make sue it is large enough for what you want to do.

Hey buddy
Looked on Amazon. 14" is $199.00 so you have a good deal if that size suits you. Are the 18" on sale.
With a 14" it's a damn good smoker but limited as to what will fit.

We had a couple 22" ones at our BBQ shop.  Great cookers, and huge capacity.     If I were buying one for home, I'd go with the 18 over the 14.

The 22" is a monster!  I've cooked up to 8 butts at a time on one.

The 18" is a great all around smoker.  Very efficient and easy to control.

I've never used a 14".  I think that , for me anyways, it would be a little small, but I know a lot of people love 'em.

Look at the used market, I just checked and there's a nice looking 22" not too far from me for $150 ! !

I think the original 18" cooks better than the 22..........IMHO.............

I've owned at 18.5" WSM since 2005 (old style).  The only thing a 22" will do that an 18" will not is you can lay full length racks of ribs and brisket on the 22" grate.  On the 18" you either have to trim into multiple pieces, roll or tie them to compact the size a little.  And the other obvious thing is the grate is basically larger so you can put more food (ie, chicken wings, chicken, sausage, etc...) on a grate.   It also depends on how big a family you cook for as to which one you might need.  If there are only 2 to 4 of you, then you will probably be burning more fuel to cook the same amount of meat in a 22" vs one of the smaller ones.  The smaller the pit, the more efficient it seems to be IMO, but I've never used a 14".
