We picked up a 30 oz. prime ribeye tomahawk steak at Costco the other day. Dusted it up nice with Weber's Chicago Steak Seasoning. It's mostly salt, spices, pepper, and garlic. Great stuff on red meat! Ok so after seasoning, the steak went in the fridge unwrapped for about 26 hours. The PK got prepped for an indirect cook until the steak hit 105F IT. We were burning Simple Truth lump from Kroger. A great product! When the big chop went on the Little More grid a hunk of hickory got tossed on the coals. At 105F IT the steak was moved to cook direct on the preheated GG's, and seared on each side. After a rest and carving, the steak was plated with Mrs H's roasted parmesan rosemary potatoes, and garlic parmesan roasted broccoli. Oh what a flavors! Enjoyed a bottle of Spanish rioja wine with this great meal! 8)

Yeah buddy. Saw those at my Costco for the first time the other day. I think it was $12.99 per pound. Which is fair for this product. Nice plate.... Except the green stuff :)
