Since longer time I wanted to cook something in wood wraps. So today I seasoned some plaice filets with EVOO, salt and vanilla pepper and wrapped them in these red cedar wood wraps. They were cooked over direct heat at about 350F.

Plated with beetroot and tomato-walnut-rice.

These wood wraps are a great alernative to wood planks. These plaice filets tasted delicious!
