Title: Fried cabbage, onions, carrots aand hot Italian sausage

Sometimes a simple meal is great. Cooked some homemade hot Italian Sausage on the Akorn.

Chopped up cabbage, onion and carrots for the cast iron.

Cooked with a little cherry wood for flavor

Had a couple of glasses of vino while everything was cooking and then had a good tasting plate of food.

You're right!
Some of my favorite cooks are "nothin' special", but they sure taste good.
