Smoked tuna is a favorite here. Usually buy some tuna steaks and do them low & slow with some apple or beechwood for smoke but with the price of fresh tuna these days it has become cost prohibitive So this time we used Kirkland canned tuna, opened 3 cans and spread on foil and on the keg with the A-maz-n pellet tube smoker. turned out really good. Made into tuna salad and on a wrap of course with lettuce, tomato, olives and fresh cilantro. Loving this low carb lifestyle again!
