I'm having fun getting a nice crust on meats with a moist bite through. Ribs on the keg, no wrap, a nice crunchy exterior.
rubbed with the championship rub, about an hour before being done I put on some more rub and spritzed with the butter spray.

the only ingredients on the ribs were the rub & the butter, the sauce was for dipping and the beer was in me!

served with some crunchy red robin onion rings and a crunchy broccoli slaw salad
