Looks GREAT Bob!
I even like brisket and scrambled eggs. And thin slices of brisket instead of ham in Eggs Benedict are not too shabby!

Now I am hankerin for a brisket, fresh or leftover :P

Brisket chili is very tasty as is Cottage Pie with brisket.
Have also made quesadillas and tacos with both left over pulled pork or brisket, very tasty with a batch of pickled red onions.

Lots of good ideas. Brisket chili is a favorite around here. I've made a brisket and swiss omelet for breakfast in the past.
Tonight for supper had a brisket salad, nice light meal.

Works for me!! Beautiful job

That looks excellent. At our house "Brisket Dip" sandwiches are a favorite with the leftovers but we also like to use it to make chili.

Thanks IR.
For chili, we just use chopped or cubed brisket for the meat in it.
What we make is loosely based on this recipe. We didn't use any kidney beans, corn or coffee. Seasoned to our liking.
