Good looking Bones Tom. If I recall you used that same seasoning in the rub form.  Gonna have to get some of that..........

Lookin' good, Tom ! ! !  Do you know what cut those ribs came from?

I ask because locally, I get pork Country Style Ribs and they can either be cut from Boston Butts or from Boneless Pork Loins, two completely different parts of the pig requiring different cooking styles.

Oh, and how long was the total cook time?

I keep a bottle of A1 setting around.

would like to add that with beef, I like to use Wooster first and then apply my rub.

My Wooster ran out and I used A1 and everything came out nice.

Yep. always an extra bottle (or two) of A-1 & L&P.  There is no substitute ! ! !
