One of the main reasons I bought my Joule was for reheating prime rib, it does such a great job at it.
I had to hunks of prime rib that I seasoned, put a pad of butter on and vacuum packed and put in deep freeze for later. I took these out and let them defrost, then they went into SV at 125 for 90 minutes, after that I pulled, patted dry and seared on preheated SRG. They were plated with some roasted rosemary/garlic potatoes. Turned out very good and there is no way I good of reheated them any other way without overcooking.
