Title: First cook on my "new" Weber grill
Post by: bamabob on April 11, 2018, 06:47:45 PM
First cook on my "new" Weber grill was some brats.  You can see I don't care about getting the pretty stripes, I prefer the heat of the grates producing all over sear marks.  That's how we like them.  So we turn them longways on the grates.  Nothing like a new grill, wish there was a way to keep those grates looking like that for a few years.

Served with fries made in the air fryer.

They look great - I put them on the grill the same way.  Also prevents the rolling around when they plump up.
