Title: Summer sausage in the BDS

It is actually a block of steel. IMHO, great for retaing heat

Post by: Sailor1 on March 30, 2013, 02:34:09 PM: I have the OBS and I took a 1X block of wood and put it on the top shelf on edge. That gives you more height to either hang a bell hanger or you can put your rack on it. That will give you about 4 more inches and then you will able to use the V-tray. I have pics if you need to see how I did it.
