Kimmie wanted ribs so I said YES! I thought why not try my home built pellet grill? :D So here is my first cook on the pellet pooper. Bad thing was 1.5 hrs into the cook the bottom fell out and I had to put the ribs in the oven to finish them. But the sky cleared and I was able to finish them on the Grill2Go grill :D
#1 - # 4 pictures are all on the pellet grill the rest are using the Grill2Go grill
Kimmie's on top and mine are the ones with sauce on it. Kimmie likes her's very dry

Tommy,
At first I thought you meant the bottom fell out of your cooker! ??? Then I saw the pictures, and realized it was weather... :-\
Very resourceful recovery and the finished product looks darn good!

Nor rain nor sleet nor cruddy weather will keep Tommy from getting some good looking ribs for Kimmie :)
