Marinated some beef short ribs in Kalbi sauce overnight...

Put corn on 50 minutes before I started the ribs

Cooked them hot and fast, about 10 minutes total time

OH that all looks good KM, I never see that style of short ribs here, maybe I can get my butcher to cut some for me. Final plate looks delicious!!! Don

Nice! I got some beef backs (and pork spares) thawing for this weekend. The shorts are making me a little antsy to get some beef in my system. :D

Very nice, is the marinade home made or one that can be bought somewhere. Showed picture to local meat man and he said he will cut them.

the wife picked up the marinade at fredmeyers which i believe is a Kroger store. its kind of like teryaki but with a spicy kick. good stuff. she found it in the deli.
