It went a little something like this:
Marinade
3 Chile GuaJillo
3 Chile Pasilla
4 Cloves of Garlic
2 Chiles in Adobo plus 1 tbs. sauce
1 Small can pineapple juice
1 tbs. Cumin
1 tbs. Mexican Oregano
3 lbs. Pork Loin sliced thin
Steep Chiles in @ 1 cup of water until re-hydrated. Remove seeds and put in blender w/ rest of marinade ingredients, including water from chiles. Pour over pork and refrigerate overnight.
