Got a rack of BB ribs rubbed down with some smoked chipotle. Some beans and couple taters. Giving the 4 rack some smoke time.

Wow... a whole meal in the smoker... gotta love that! Are those baby backs beef or pork? I haven't messed with ribs too much but when I do they've been beef. How long do you cook them taters and at what temp? Is there an internal tater temp to shoot for (lol)? I like that idea of putting them in the smoker. After looking at those pictures I may not be worthy of eating ribs anyway... you REALLY cleaned those suckers off... they look like they've been thrown in the dishwasher to get clean.
