smoke - I love that pit! Are you still liking it? Been thinking about buying another stick/coal burner....Do you see any others out there that you like as much as this one? Or - if you get tired of it - you know I will give it a good home! ;D

Texas Pit crafters lives in the shadows of Klose,Gator,Tejas and the like, but they make a darn fine smoker/grill. Charcoal usage is a little high though. I use about 25 lbs of lump a weekend.
If I could go back in time, I would have never of sold my Quality Grill. That sucker was so long I could mound up charcoal on one side and cook lo and slo all day on a small amount of charcoal. The guy that got it off me says his parents haven't even used it yet!! I said I will take it off their hands for a reduced price... ::)

Here are some links to the two units:

Nice cook smoke!  Wish I was at your place Sunday, all we had was basic ham and store bought chichen  :-\

Looks like Smoochy had a great Easter ! ;D ;D

Funny thing about Smoochy, no matter what time of day he always looks wide eyed and bushy tailed  ;)

Smoke , I grew up indirect smoking on homemade barrel cookers.
Still my favorite way.
WHY DID YOU SELL THE 48in X 24 in QUALITY GRILL?

Probably will be getting the quality grill back within the next month LA. A buddy at work bought (more like a rental) it off me to see if he could get his parents outside grilling and it did not work...I guess some people like their kitchens!! I have missed my large grill and since it was never used I will probably go 50/50 with him for rent and transporting that big ole pit!!

Hey my brotha.........this was not my best brisket.........I thought I was too tired last night to enjoy it but I had some for lunch today and it was not my best effort........
