Today I made ABT's with blue cheese and ground beef.
Mixed 6 ounces of blue cheese into an 8 ounce package of cream cheese.
Browned ground beef seasoned with Lawry's seasoned salt.
Filled the jalapeños with the cheese mixture, then stuffed the ground beef on top.
Wrapped with bacon and into the WSM for 3 hours at 225.
Here is the final product and they taste as great as they look.

Sounds really good.

I am not a blue cheese fan, but I suspect tempering it with the cream cheese and adding bacon might change my mind. :D
