Title: Tommy's First Brisket

Actually my first brisket on the Kamodo using TMB's fairly spicy rub ;D
15 lb whole , trying a " Fast track" cook for first time .
275-300F, I'll keep you informed!

looking forward to this cook, I am gonna do some faster cooks coming up so I am very interested in results and cooking times................oh....that is one big briskie!! 8)
