Title: Sous Vide Makes Its Way To The Home Kitchen
Post by: ACW3 on April 16, 2014, 05:32:22 PM
Here is a nice article about sous vide cooking.  Check it out.  I may have to give the controller approach a try.  It's cheap enough to see how much I might like sous vide cooking.

The advantage about having the $99 dorkfood controller is that your expectations are less than the high dollar units .
