Title: Early Easter Dinner

Let it not be said that I never cooked a side dish.  :D  Boneless leg of lamb, beef ribs, spinach risotto, cranberry sauce and some tzatziki sauce.  To my surprise, my wife let me do everything (except the tzatziki which she did yesterday) including smoking the lamb.  Normally holiday cooks are her domain.

That is a definite feast.  That lamb looks perfectly done.

Nice job.  I can't talk my wife into leg of lamb.  She loves lamb chops, but doesn't like leg of lamb.  Go figure.  One of these days, I will surprise her.
