... Sous Vide, if there is such a thing.  They evidently are releasing a new immersion circulator that will be controlled with your iPhone via Bluetooth.  Choose your food via the app, press the on-screen button, and away it goes.

Due to be released in October of this year, it is reportedly said to be even more cost effective that their last iteration: now $169

Looks like my other Anova will be put to rest when this one comes out, or I'll leave it in the RV and use this one at home.  ;)

Looks like they got rid of the touch screen.
