Title: Beef short Ribs on WSM 14.5

I'm loving this little BBQ Drone for small cooks.
Had some beef short ribs. Salt, pepper, pulled out pecan wood chunks. Fire up 8 briquettes.
I use ceramic briquettes in the water pan. Holds 220-235 for 5 hours with plenty of charcoal leftover for next cook.
