Cuz, those ribs look real good. They have a pretty nice smoke ring for that short of a cook. Just simply beautiful. OldSmokey rides again.

The Old Smokey can cook anything.  It is a great chicken griller. I like to let the coals get past their heat curve. I then set the chicken pcs right over the coals skin up. I let em ride till internal is 165. I flip em to crisp up the skin. Grill grates keep the flare ups down.....................
