Couple of Pizzas

Tried a new dough recipe w/ a 3 day cold ferment.  Fired up the BSK w/ Baking Steel and they turned out great.

Normally I make my dough by weight but since I didn't have a scale while on vaca I figured I'd try this one that was stored away.
