Friday, I went up ti visit with Hub and try out some ideas for Contest Chicken. Well, as you can imagine if your ever doen this before, there was a lot of beautiful thigh meat left over after the trim. So, of course, the first thing I thought of was . . . . . . . . . skewers!
Then I also had run across the little, tiny lamb Porterhouse Steaks that I'd had already seasoned up, so they went on the grill, too.
And finished off with nice Yellow Rice.
