when I first started hanging out in forums one of my 1st friends ever was deb. she is a friend of ricks (rv rick). deb lives in Connecticut and a avid kayaker. she is one of the best cooks I have ever meet on the forums. deb makes some of the best food, breads, cheesecakes and just everything deb makes turns out great. she is a 1st rate chef, bbqer and baker all the way.
deb, this ones for you.first off I am no pizza maker yet. I will get better.
fired up the
green machine. and away we go.
as the human torch would say "flame on".
I bought some dough from winco. rolled it out added topping. when I tried to get it off the cutting board it wouldn't budge. so, I thought I could pick up one end of the pizza and slide parchment paper underneath it. when I slide the parchment paper underneath it all the topping slided to the other side. well, my pizza turned into a calzone because 1st time pizza makers are dumb.
it was goooooood.
welp, deb and me are still hungry so lets make a real pizza this time. I had all the ingredients on hand from the 1st pizza (calzone).
don't judge. I'm out of pizza dough.
still hot.
looks good.
pizza on.
refreshment time.
pizza must be done.
big smile, big smile.
not bad.
oh boy, it sure was good. must be time for dessert. since I have 2 peach trees and they are ripe w/ fruit go w/ what you know.
peaches, oj, brown sugar and bandy.
some heat to bring it all together.
a little Tillamook ice cream.
taste was good but the peach mixture needed something.
oh, I think I know what it needs. more.....
oh ya. much better.
welp, for some reason I don't have a finishing shot. i spooned the peach mixture onto the ice cream. I will say it was very, very good dessert.
deb, I hope you enjoyed it. it was just for you my friend.
