Spatchcoked duck on BGE disappeared before I thought about additional photo.  Served with acorn squash also done on egg.

Guys,you have to make duck,and goose too,its good beyond belief and very rich,a little goes a long way.Save that fat that renders out too,its liquid gold for all kinds of cooking.

Brought egg up to 300 put duck on rack over pan with about an inch of hot water in it covered with foil 30 min took duck off of pan and put on grate skin up for 20 min , flipped bird skin down for 20 min.  Could have taken it off a little earlier but skin was crisp and meat was juicy.  The pan with water collected a lot of duck fat
