Oh ya!!  You nailed those shrooomms  ;D    I've always used pork sausage but I see that hamburger works just as well.  Great job

Looks awesome Chris, if you have any of that Greek sausage left from the MWSO you might break it out of the casings and try using it, I bet that would make a really good filling. :)
