T bone and cauliflower rice for supper tonight .

For tonight supper i made  a T bone and cauliflower rice for supper tonight .
as i am on a low carbs high fat diet i can't eat rice so this is a replacement .

i also made  sweet potato in the grill .









So far the low carbs and high fat diet works good for me , i eat what i love and i lost 16 lb in 2 months .

I can vouch for that. When we saw Ahron a few weeks ago we could tell he'd dropped a few lbs.
