Gas Grill Ribs

Got to be Flexable !
Rain which was gonna be 72 hours turned into 14 hours of torrential rain!
Went to Rouses & got seasoned St. Louis Style ribs!
Also got pork poppers!
Cooking on the gasser @ the appt.

The ribs were good!
Not smoked, but the marinated flavor was very good.
The bacon wrapped jalapeño stuffed pork poppers were great!
Served with Mac & Cheeze , grilled corn & a salad the meal was wonderful.

Looks good..  we now have Rousses over here. They have some great Louisanna items ready to cook.
 We use to have to drive over to LA to get some of them.  Which was a fun trip and gave us an opertunity to visit relatives.
I need to try those poppers. Think I might run up there this morning.

 Great cook for a rainy day.
