Nice video! Gotta love Hugh with his comments! That is quite a load of sausage and that stuffer sure beats hand cranking a 5 pound vertical stuffer. Glad the cloth casings worked out for you.

Hugh regaled us with all sorts of wisdom all weekend. He is a nice older guy and sure likes the sausage. Jim thanks again for the casings. I thought they did a nice job and was glad they worked well in the hot water bath.
