How did you fix the Lima beans--anything special?

How much does Lucy weigh these days? She looks great!

Frozen Lima beans, teaspoon ham seasoning & a couple teaspoons olive oil.

LUCY has gotten a lot of exercise & with diet she down to high 50's as far as weight.
Urging to keep thin to avoid orthopedic problems ::)
I'm Better at keeping her healthy than myself!
